Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Once an order reaches the "processing" stage, where it is assigned to an astrologer, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are certain before placing an order.
• For order cancellations, please contact our customer support team at care@gemobia.com within one hour of making the payment.
• The delivery timelines indicated on our website are estimates. We endeavor to adhere to these times as closely as possible. Given that our reports are personalized and prepared manually by our astrologers, some delays may occur. We aim to deliver your report as promptly as possible. Delays do not qualify for refunds.
• We will not issue refunds for errors made by customers when providing data. Please double-check all information you submit. If you realize a mistake within one hour of placing your order, contact us at care@gemobia.com, and we will try to accommodate changes.
• If there is any delay in starting your subscription services, we will address it immediately and offer compensation on a pro-rata basis.
• We do not offer refunds for damaged products returned to us. Upon ordering, customers accept responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery. For orders placed with cash on delivery, the customer will be charged for both the product and any applicable shipping, customs, or courier fees if the product is returned damaged.
• Our products and services are not intended as a substitute for professional advice or treatment. Gemobia.com is not liable for the effectiveness or reliability of the astrological effects on individuals. Customers acknowledge this upon purchase and no refunds will be provided based on the effectiveness of the products.
• Gemobia.com and its agencies will address any product damage during transit.
• The actual product may slightly differ from its image on the website. We advise customers to use their judgment regarding product purchases. Refunds will not be provided based on minor discrepancies.
• For phone advice sessions, ensure your contact number has full coverage and you are available to answer calls. Once a call connects, it cannot be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting any transaction fees, shipping costs, customs duties, and other applicable charges incurred by Gemobia.com.
• In cases of multiple payments for the same order, the excess payment will be refunded in full, after deducting the costs for a single order.
• Opening the seal of a gemstone may lead to a deduction of 350 to 1500 INR from your refund unless accompanied by an authenticity certificate from a recognized government laboratory.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it must be returned in its original condition within 24 hours of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
• A fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted from refunds for prepaid orders canceled after dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for returning damaged products at their own expense.

Courier

• If you decide to return your order, a fee of Rs 200 for courier expenses will be deducted from your refund.
• For returns involving a charged bracelet, the cost of both the courier service and the bracelet's charging process will be deducted.
• Delivery timelines vary: local orders have a minimum delivery time of 2 days, while international orders or orders to areas affected by COVID restrictions can take up to 24 days. If delivery to your area is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
• You are welcome to have the bracelet tested at a local lab. Should you request a certificate of authenticity from us for the bracelet, an additional charge of Rs. 99 will apply.
• Upon returning a Rudraksha, half of its total cost will be deducted from your refund.
• A Rudraksha can only be returned if accompanied by a certificate from a government-approved lab.
• We offer free shipping for orders over Rs 393. For returns where the remaining value falls below Rs 501, courier charges will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

This website's disclaimer does not seek to dismiss or restrict any warranty which, according to the law, cannot be excluded or limited; nor does it aim to limit or exclude gemobia.com responsibility for any:

Death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Gemobia.com, its agents, employees, or owners/shareholders;

Fraud or deceitful misrepresentation by Gemobia.com; or

Any situation where it would be against the law for Gemobia.com to deny or restrict, or even to attempt or claim to deny or restrict, its liability.

Reasonableness

By accessing this website, you acknowledge that the limitations and exclusions of liability outlined in this website's disclaimer are fair.

Other parties

Gemobia.com reserves the right, without affecting its other entitlements under these terms and conditions, to respond to any breaches of these terms as it sees fit. Such actions may include suspending your access to the site, forbidding you from entering the website, preventing computers associated with your IP address from connecting to the site, asking your internet service provider to restrict your access to the website, and/or initiating legal action against you.

Variation

Assignment
